Tour Itinerary

Your journey begins at your hotel in Casablanca (or in Rabat). You will be picked-up by your guide and designated driver for the next 7 days. After a short drive, you will already be at your first wine-tasting and luxurious lunch at the oldest winery in Morocco, established in 1923. Enjoy their globally recognized blends produced near the Atlantic coast. Enjoy a diverse lunch at the estate’s refined on-site restaurant before a one-hour drive to Rabat. After checking into your boutique accommodation, the evening concludes with a refined dinner at a local spot favored by wine-lovers.
Following a relaxed breakfast at your riad, you will spend the morning exploring the Chellah ruins at a historic site where Romans first established winemaking traditions over 2,000 years ago. After a light lunch overlooking ancient ruins, your afternoon wine-tasting will be spent on the Plateau du Zaër on an estate that focuses on ecological sustainability and unique granitic soils. After enjoying a relaxed afternoon at the vineyard, we travel inland to Meknès, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a traditional riad.
After a slow breakfast in your riad, the morning is dedicated to a UNESCO World Heritage site near Meknès, exploring the sprawling ruins of Volubilis where viticulture was once central to the lavish Roman lifestyle. You will have earned a much needed lunch at a favorite local grilladerie, and then we spend the afternoon at a biodynamic estate known for its high-altitude terroir and unique white wines aged in amphorae. Your day finishes with a refined dinner in Meknès’s top luxury dining experience, a restaurant that “blends Moroccan tradition with modern elegance”. Take a stroll in the cool medina as the sun sets on another perfect day.
Start the day with a traditional breakfast in your riad and a car-free morning exploration of the Meknès Medina featuring the “Moroccan cookie-experience” that the Meknes souq is known for. After a light lunch, a short drive brings you to a family-run boutique estate famous for its award-winning reds and peppery olive oils. You will then travel just over an hour to Fez to check into a luxury riad in the heart of the city, followed by a short stroll to dinner at a historic local landmark with the best rooftop view in town.
Enjoy an entire day of car-free travel, starting with a luxury breakfast before a guided tour experience into the mideaval, labyrinthine alleys of the Fez Medina. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the medina into a lush, secluded garden for an artisanal lunch. This the one afternoon on the trip that is not dedicated to a wine tasting because we are in the walls of the medina for the full day. This is your dedicated afternoon of shopping in a city famous for craftsmanship, leather-tanning, and souq shopping. Your guide will help you haggle for souvenirs, find the perfect carpet, or get a leather jacket tailored to perfection. Although your medina day doesn’t include a wine tasting, your rooftop dinner location includes a robust wine list and stunning views of the medina. Tuck into your riad for the night surrounded by your new treasures.
At this point in your tour, the focus shifts to restorative thermal and spa experiences to off-set all of the activity and . . . wine. After breakfast in your riad, a short drive takes you to the mountain village of Moulay Yacoub for a morning walk and pampering at the thermal spa. Moulay Yacoub is a centuries-old spa town, blessed with mineral-rich waters rising from 1,500 meters belowground at 54°C. (The water is cooled to 38°C.) Enjoy lunch at an exclusive property that features breathtaking views of the holy village before visiting the most prestigious wine estate in the country. You will tour a traditional cellar housing 3,000 barrels before a fine-dining dinner that blends international expertise with Moroccan gastronomy. You will stay overnight at the luxury vineyard estate, allowing for a sunset stroll through the vines.
Your final day begins with a slow breakfast and extra time for a swim in the pool, a spa treatment on site or a final walk through the estate’s expansive vineyards. As you return toward Casablanca, you will stop for a small lunch of local delicacies “on the road” and a final wine tasting at a renowned estate. Your journey concludes with a drop-off at your hotel, having experienced the best of Morocco’s diverse dining, historic sites, and world-class wines.

Personal Expenses: Expenses such as souvenirs, laundry, telephone calls, and additional activities beyond the itinerary are not covered.
