To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required as outlined at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the agreed deadline.
Unless otherwise stated, all deposits are non-refundable. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.

Memento Morocco is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of appropriate insurance coverage.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documentation.
You agree to follow local laws, customs, and safety guidelines during your trip.
We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a traveler’s behavior endangers others or disrupts the experience.
Memento Morocco is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to transport companies, hotels, or activity operators.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, political events, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
We are not responsible for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
If you experience any issue during your trip, you must inform us immediately so we can attempt to resolve it. Any complaint must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after the completion of the tour may not be eligible for resolution.
We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, you may simply let us know before the tour begins or at any time during the tour, and we will respect your preference.
