Refund & Cancellation Policy
What can be refunded:

A full refund (minus bank transfer fees) will be provided in case of unforeseen circumstances in Morocco leading to tour cancellation, serious disasters in the country of the travelers’ correspondence, or change in plan up to 7 days before departure. Travelers may opt for a substitute tour or dates, though pricing may vary.
What cannot be refunded:

Six days before departure: Non-refundable.

There is no refund for no-shows on departure day or unused portions of the tour.
Cancellation Procedure:

We process cancellation/refund requests via email within one to three business days.

We do not acknowledge verbal requests; we require email confirmation.
Note:

We base cancellation fees on the date we receive the signed Cancellation Request Form and the travel service start date.

We will refund reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order via PayPal or wire transfer.
