Hi, I’m Badr, the founder of Memento Morocco. Born and raised in this incredible country, I’ve spent my entire life exploring every corner of Morocco. Coming from a family passionate about history and geography, I developed a deep love for the culture, landscapes, and people of my homeland. I’ve also traveled the world, but nowhere compares to the beauty and warmth of Morocco. That’s why I decided to create Memento Morocco—to help travelers discover the magic of my country, while also empowering local communities along the way.
The Foundation
This journey started because I deeply care about the people of Morocco. As I traveled around the country, I saw beauty in every corner. But I also noticed something else—the resilience of local communities whose livelihoods rely on tourism. I wanted to create something that would benefit both visitors and the people of Morocco. That’s how Memento Morocco came to life, with the hope that this platform can empower Moroccan communities while serving travelers at the same time.

The mission is to create tours that let people explore Morocco’s culture and landscapes, while also helping local communities. We focus on giving travelers great experiences that mix comfort, real-life Moroccan traditions, and fun, all while making sure locals benefit too.

The adventure kicks off with a warm welcome at the airport, leading you straight into the heart of Morocco. It’s all designed to be fun, easy, and the perfect beginning to your exploration!
